2. Order Processing Time

Orders submitted through our website are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.

3. Transit Time

Transit time 3 – 5 business daysĀ (Monday – Friday)

4. Shipping Timeframes

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Your product will be delivered within 5-8 business days.

5. Shipping charges

There is no shipping charge for regular orders within the US.Ā 

6. International Shipping

We currently do not ship to countries outside of the US.

7. Assembly Notice

All lighting products are shipped unassembled to ensure safe transportation.
Assembly is required upon receipt.Ā Our prices doĀ notĀ include installation or assembly services.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can beĀ cancelled free of charge within 24 hoursĀ of placement.
  • CancellationsĀ after 24 hoursĀ will incur aĀ 5% feeĀ to cover restocking and material preparation.

9. Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may return the item in accordance with ourĀ Return PolicyĀ after it has been delivered.
